Tubing

On Saturday, our last full day in Utah, we went tubing.  Here is Ari trying to get Tahl dressed. He had already caught the bug from Ava, and he was not feeling that well.

Here is Jaren, as always, looking like a cute snowboarding girl.

All the kids waiting for the grown ups to get ready now.

They were not the best at posing.

Here are Harper, Tova, and Jaren outside the tubing place.

The Glenns waiting to go tubing.

Ava, Rachel, and Zach

Tahl was feeling pretty pitiful here.

Tova and Harper were having fun though.

Harper looks so much like her older siblings.

The kids were busy studying the map.

Jaren and Zev were making plans.  Zev must have told us 100 times that he did not want to go on the highest part of the mountain. There are not many pictures of Noah here because he did go to the highest part of the mountain alone over and over.

We posed for a quick family picture before tubing.

We attempted to get one of Karen with all the grandkids, but Tahl did not want to sit down.

The reflection off the snow put a funny spot in this picture, but it is a cute family shot.

Now the reflection is right on top of my face.

Tahl had fun being pulled around in a tube.

I think Harper liked it too.

What Tahl really wanted to do was pull it himself.

Here is Ari pulling Harper while Tahl pulls his own tube.

Ari went back to the house with Karen, Tahl, Harper, and Ellie.  So Zev and I headed up the mountain with Uncle Oren.

Tova is hauling Jaren up to the path.

Here is someone in the family (?) coming down the mountain.  You can see on the top right corner the higher part of the mountain that Zev wanted to avoid.

Here is Zev looking nervous before we went down.

me and Ava

This is what Zev's face looked like each time we went down.  He was making a low screeching noise too.

Ava was not sure she wanted to do it the first few times, but she kept asking for more.

Zev, on the other hand, had to be talked back into doing it again.

I think he went four or five times though.

He also just wanted to play in the snow some.  You can see that I clearly liked it.

Ava looks a little scared in this one.

Zev told me he liked tubing, but he just wished it would go slower. He is not a big fan of speed.

After this run, I traded my jacket for Rachel's so that she could have a turn on the tubes.

Rachel and Ava went down a few times.

Then I got my jacket back to try the high one twice. Here is Jaren being pulled all the way to the top of the mountain.

She was so brave. I'm not even sure she was technically tall enough to do the whole thing.

Here I am before we went down.

Before we left, Oren was spinning the kids around on their tubes.

Jaren was really getting some air.

Zev wanted to try it, but I'm not sure if was liking it so much...
Zev has talked a lot about tubing too.  He wanted to go back the next day. He is already planning his trip next year!
