Thanksgiving!

Here is Tahl at his kindergarten Thanksgiving feast the day before we left for our trip to Miami.

Here he is with his third grade buddy Lucas and his friend Cooper.

Tahl's class had a pajama day on the day of the feast.  He decided that he just HAD to wear his Elsa pajamas and wouldn't be talked out of it.

I was most proud of him because he swore that if anyone teased him he would hold his temper, and he was actually able to do it.

The next day we went to Florida for Grandpa George's 90th birthday party. Here are Tahl and I at the temple before the service that was dedicated to him.

Here is Isaac getting smooched on by Harper.  She just could not get enough of his cheeks.

He got very used to getting a lot of love from all the girls.

Here is Tahl at the pool.  It was so fun that the kids were able to swim and play with their cousins all Thanksgiving week.

Here is Isaac and a goofy Tahl when we went out to lunch at the mall.

Harper, Tahl, and Isaac were pretending that this was all sorts of things.  They would ride it to Disney World, then make it a bed, then change it up.  They played really nicely together.

Here is Jaren giving Isaac a ride on a skateboard.  Like I said, all the girls love him.

Tahl got an awesome face painting from Uncle Oren.

He loved that he got clawed across the face.

Here he is the next day on the plane ride home showing his still half clawed face.

Ari took the boys in the back and let me have his first class upgrade.  Best husband ever.

When we got home the next day, we decided it was time to put up our tree! The boys loved helping me put on the ornaments.

Later that same afternoon we went to the zoo.  We just happened to go at the same time as Emily, Matt, Grey, Holden, and Beau.

Six boys at the zoo makes for a pretty wild afternoon, but they had fun playing together.

It was a great Thanksgiving week, and I wish I had remembered to take more pictures!  The boys had so much fun with all their cousins and grandparents.

Big Weekend!

We had a big weekend last weekend.  Tahl went off on an adventure with his dad (more pictures to come,) and I stayed home for some fun with Zev and Isaac.  Here is Zev way up in a tree at the park.

On Saturday night Zev, Isaac, and I slept over at Emily's house. Here are the boys on the couch watching a movie.  I don't think Zev meant to kick G in the face, but he has a hard time controlling his body after five...

Isaac and Beau were talking about something here.

And a lovely one of Isaac picking his nose.  There were so many boys, and we were still missing one!

Later, Isaac was ticking Beau, and he fell off the couch and hit head head on the coffee table.  He hit it so hard that he BROKE IT WITH HIS HEAD. Poor guy cried a lot less than I would have.

In the meantime, Tahl was busy on an Adventure guides camp out with Ari.  Here is is playing with a friend.

He got to ride horses, which was his favorite part.

This is his horse Daisy.

He also liked shooting BB guns and doing archery.

Just a little tug of war...

Tahl had such a fun special weekend with his dad, and I had fun with the two boys left behind.  We leave this weekend for a Thanksgiving trip to Miami.  We can't wait!

Halloween!

We had a great Halloween!  Here is Zev helping me empty out two pumpkins that the boys carved with their dad at Cub Scouts and Adventure Guides.

I went to a party on Friday night dressed as Mary Poppins.

Here I am in full pose.

Here is Isaac dressed up as Dobby.  My dad got him thinking about matching his brothers, and Zev pushed him over the edge by getting him to watch Dobby in the second movie.

We had Isaac practice trick or treating. He thought it was pretty fun, and the candy was even better.

Ari made the guys pumpkin shaped pancakes for breakfast on the 30th because he's a super dad.

Here is Zev trying on his costume to make sure it worked out right.  He has been so excited to be Harry Potter.

On the 30th we dressed up for a party with my mom's group.  We have Zev as Harry Potter, me as Hermoine, Tahl as Hedwig, and Isaac as Dobby the house elf.

Its a good thing we got these pictures the day before Halloween because they were too excited to stand still on the actual night.

Here is Tahl on the morning of Halloween carving another pumpkin with his dad at school.

Here are the guys ready to go trick or treating.

This guy just wants more candy!

He really loved going to each door, but he did not like being left behind by his brothers.

Zevi went to more houses than his little brothers, and he got a LOT of candy.

The guys are already making plans about what to wear next year!  As of right now, they are planning for us to be some kind of Pokemon family.  I think we will have a long year of Halloween discussions ahead of us.
