Halloween

We had a great Halloween.  Maya was dressed up as Raya from Raya and the Last Dragon.

She was too cute.

We got to go to a party in a friend's backyard for the littlest two kids.

Here is Isaac with one of his best friends.

The big kids had friends over to go trick or treating with.

Zev was Wade Watts from Ready Player One.

Isaac and Tahl were Luigi and Mario riding on Yoshi.

Here is Zev with two of his friends dressed up as Marty McFly and a mad scientist.

Zev went off with just his friends and got so much candy. He had the best night.

Random October pics

Here is Maya trying on her dress for my brother's wedding next month.  She was feeling pretty.

We had red ribbon week, and this was the outfit I put together for Tahl for decade's day.  He is 90s grunge.

Isaac was from the 70s.

Maya wanted to read on the swing like her brothers do.

I took Maya to the arboretum again, just she and I to play.

My new books sweatshirt!

We carved some pumpkins.  There is Maya's, Tahl's, Isaac's with all the knives, and Zev's donkey.

Pumpkin fun

Ari went to Tyler for my brother's bachelor party, and we decided to skip Sunday school for the perfect day at the arboretum.

These cute kids tried hard to get some good pictures for me.

But this wasn't one of them...

THIS WAS! HOORAY!

How handsome is this guy?

Or this silly one?

This is also one of the better (read less fake smiles) pictures I've taken of Zev in quite a while.

This kid didn't feel like looking at me, but she sure was cute laughing about how she didn't want to look at me.

The kids got their faces painted.

And we got to go to the petting zoo again.

There was also a cool bird show.

Maya felt like taking a rest in the show right on Isaac's back.

We also got to see some awesome wildlife.

Week!

And hooray.  This girl truly loved having a lizard on her head.

SNAKE!

Isaac made us wait fifteen minutes because he had missed his chance to hold the snake.  When it was finally his turn, he had second thoughts.

Maya was very into the snake just like Z and T.

Just a few days later, I got to take Maya back to the arboretum with friends.  She was wearing her kitty cat ears and in a much better mood to take some pictures.

This could be on the front of the arboretum's brochure.

Here she is with friends.  They were building their house out of straw so I could huff and puff and blow it down.

We thought it was hilarious that my friends dressed like twins.

I got a picture with my girl.

And she got her face painted again! This time she went with a purple kitty cat to match her ears.

Here she is with all the boys she hangs out with.

I truly love fall.
