Perot

Ari and Zev went on a camp out.  I got the other three kids up early to go to the zoo, but it started to rain on the way there.  We changed our plans and headed to the Perot museum.  Here are the guys dancing as a dinosaur.

The dinosaur on the screen copies their moves.

Tahl really enjoyed this challenge the had set up to match the animal's tooth the figure of it.

Here is Isaac flying like a bird.

Maya got another picture with the big dinosaur!

Isaac was finally big enough to create his own bird. He was so excited.

The boys loved playing in the kids area shopping, building, and pretending to go on a camp out.

Tahl was actually a robber hiding out, and that was all his money.

They made some cool art before we left too.

The only picture I got from the camp out wasn't from Ari but from another mom who was there with Zev. Ari said they had a great time though.

Everyone else this month...

Here is "baby Maya" rocking and playing.

They send me lots of pictures of Isaac from school, but only sometimes can I save them nicely...

Here he is making honey cake!

Looking at a colony of bees! EEK!

These are Isaac's drawings from school.  This is before they started learning how to draw a person.

This is after.  He improved a lot.

Here are the silly things he wrote about himself.

How cute are these little skeletons?

This one is my favorite.

Here is Isaac caught snuggling Maya.

Isaac was also caught relaxing and snuggling Dixie on the couch.

Here is Isaac making challah!  It was delicious.

Here is a picture of Tahl from class.  His foil boat held 178 pennies.

Isaac building at school.

The boys are all having great school year so far. We are crossing our fingers it keeps going so well.

Maya this month...

Miss Maya has graduated to eating some "solid" foods.

She has had a few days of rice cereal, and she tried sweet potatoes twice.

She is the cutest ever.

Here is Maya giggling at Zev.

Eating another dinner...

Maya even has fun during tummy time if someone else is there to play.

Here she is trying out a new big bow!

Ari said this video made him nauseous, but I love watching Maya giggle while I bounce her on my knees.

This is one of my favorite pictures because it shows Maya's favorite way to fall asleep. She likes to lay on her side with a paci.  If she is over tired or grumpy, she likes to hold my finger while I rub her back.  She is the sweetest.

Ari's big weekend!

Well, Ari had an amazing weekend.  On Friday he finally got his car that he has been waiting on for over two years, his Tesla Model 3.  To say he was excited is an understatement.

It is beautiful, and it drives really nicely.  The boys all think it is amazing.

They especially love that he can park it with his phone.

On Sunday we went to Ari's friend's lake house.  Ari got to water ski for the first time in about 16 years.

He said he wasn't as good, but we all thought he did great.

The kids loved watching him.

Here is a video he would kill me for posting.

Zev got to try after Ari.

Ari is in the water helping him.  He got up twice.

Here is a little video of Z.

Tahl tried and didn't get up, but he says he would be willing to try again another year.  Ari had the best time, and now he won't stop talking about buying a lake house....

4 months!

I can't believe this girl is already officially four months old!  She is still the absolute best ever.  We all love her so much.  This month she is rolling, loving her paci, going down for a nap by herself, and loving faces (particularly those she already knows...) Every day we feel so lucky to have this girl around.  I love watching the boys with her including her dad.

Here are the other pictures from her photo shoot.

I love how she looks extra chubby here.

The rest looked like this.  She really loves to eat her hands, my hands, and anything she can get in her mouth.  I predict she will get a new tooth or two before five months old.

Here is Maya last week when she fell asleep during her playtime on the carpet.

Her she is waiting to get a new tire at Discount Tire!  She had just eaten, and she was in the best mood.  She is just so much fun to play with and be around.

Even when she isn't smiling, she is talking and thinking.

Here she is playing and bouncing with Zev.

After we got home that day, I told Tahl to give her a pacifier.  I found him reading her a book.  He said the paci didn't make her happy so he tried something else.  When I found them, she was just calmly listening and looking at the pictures.  She is a lucky girl to have big brothers who love her so much.
