Last week of November

The day after we got home from Thanksgiving, we started to get ready for Christmas! 

This is the first year that I finally decorated the front of our house!  There aren't any Christmas lights, but we have some solar candy cane lights, a yard sign, and a nine foot tall snowman.  The boys are beyond happy. 

The snowman even likes hugs.

Isaac bought himself some new Paw Patrol slippers with his $10 from Grandma Mimi. 

The weather has been great here, so we have been spending lots of time outside.

Tahl got to have a "stinky feet" day with a coupon he earned at school. 

Tahl used his money from Grandma Mimi to buy himself a "kitty surprise." 

He LOVES this cat.  He decided that he even needed to ask Santa for another one! 

Zev got a drill in the mail from his Uncle Brad.  

He was also BEYOND excited about it.  He has been out in the backyard learning how to use it lots this week. 

I finally got to go eat lunch with Z this week.  His lunch is at 12:50, the same time I need to be picking up Isaac or giving him a nap, so I haven't gotten to eat with him before.  He was really excited about the surprise. 

Thanksgiving 2017

We went to Park City for Thanksgiving this year.  The first morning, the kids were so excited to play together. 

Isaac loves his cousins! 

Isaac and I found a little pond when we went to play basketball and soccer with cousins. 

The big kids wanted to come and see the pond too. 

The day before Thanksgiving we went tubing. Isaac loved it! 

I got an AMAZING picture of all nine big cousins looking at the camera! 

Zev and Noah were excited to go on the big mountain. 

Jaren and Tahl wanted to go too. 

Isaac stayed down on a smaller hill with Aunt Tova. 

You have to take a tow to get to the very top of the mountain. 

I got some amazing action shots of sweet Jaren. 

Poor Tahl wasn't feeling very well most of the trip. 

I got some more great shots of Z and Jaren though. 

I took Isaac down the little hill a few times too. 

He loved tubing and how it was "fast and bumpy!"

We went to Main Street to eat lunch, walk, and take silly pictures with a bear. 

The kids had the best week.  They LOVE to see their family.

The day after Halloween we took down all our decorations and got ready for Thanksgiving! 

We continued our tradition of putting up turkeys that we write things we are thankful for on the feathers. 

Isaac and I went to vote, and we stopped by to visit Isaac. 

The boys love to go on night walks with flash lights and laterns. 

Isaac and I went to the zoo with friends. 

Isaac was excited to feed the giraffes! 

We even got to pet one! 

Isaac had fun playing on the hippos and the carousel too.

She got spayed and now she is ours forever!

Thank goodness she lets this guy drag her all around happily. 

Ari and I went to see Dan Rather speak with friends. 

And I got a snuggly nap.  I don't get too many of these any more, so I have to get a picture.
