Rainy days...

We've had quite a few rainy days around here.  We love to go on puddle jumping walks.

These boys take the puddle jumping very seriously.

This may be my favorite picture I've taken in a while!

Here, they thought they found another worm.

Zev got new boots this week, and he is making good use of them.  I got new boots this week too, and I LOVE them. Tahl got his fun boots for Christmas from GG and Grandpa.  They all get put to very, very good use around here.

Running off toward another puddle

Sweet baby Isaac just gets to sit in my baby carrier and watch all the fun.
It won't be too long until he gets to join in too.

Tahl found this rock and named him"Cutie."  He told me that it was the "cutest most adorable rock in the world."

He lost it right after he found it when he pulled down his pants in the middle of the road to pee.  Then he fell down while trying to walk with his pants down before I realized.  Oh the joys of motherhood.
I think we are going to have a lot more chances for puddle jumping in the next week.

just a few pictures...

Here are a few pictures from off my phone since the last time I posted.

Mimi took Tahl to Chuck E. Cheese for his birthday. Here he is hugging the big guy himself.  He was one of the only kids there and he got lots of tickets.  He had a great time.  Thanks Mimi!

Here he is on his birthday at school.  He designed his own pink crown with fours and jewels all over it.

Zev got to pet some animals at school when they had a petting zoo.

I could not be more jealous that he got to feed a baby pig a bottle!

He thought it was a lot of fun, but then he insisted on changing because the goat got his spit all over his clothes.

Here is a picture of my little messy eater.

Speaking of Isaac eating, we've had to ban nerf from the house.  That guys just gets hungry.

This week Zev was in a show at school.  He did a great job singing the song, and the other boys and I got to go visit his classroom. He was so excited to show Tahl his work ribbon and some of his work.
How cute is he in his costume?

10 months

Sweet Isaac is 10 months old!

He had  a fun weekend with his Mimi and playing at Great wolf Lodge.

He he is snuggling his brother.

This was not the best day for a picture of all three boys.

Isaac, however, was in a great mood.

He is just the happiest, as long as no one besides his family tries to hold him.  He says "hi" and loves to wave at people.

He still loves to eat and his favorite foods are strawberries, blue berries, and most carbs.  He especially loves fettuccine.

He also learned this weekend that he loves to eat unicorn horns.

We love you Isaac Sammy, and I can't believe that he is so big.

Tahl's birthday weekend!

We had a great weekend celebrating Tahl's 4th birthday. We went on Friday to Great Wolf Lodge. Here they are before we went down swim and play posing in their wolf ears.

Just doing a little howling...

Zev and Tahl loved the kids splash area, the wave pool, and the lazy river.

Zev was afraid of the big rides where we shared a tube with two holes in.  He was sure he would fall through the hole, but he went on a big ride with a tube with a flat bottom.  He loved it, and he asked to go again right away.

Here are the boys posing in the lobby.

Posing in the lobby with a big wolf.

Tahl got to stay up late and go to story time in his pjs in the lobby.

He loved the show.

The next morning, Zev got lucky and he got to see it on his way down to the pool.
The boys had a fantastic time, and Mimi was so great to watch Isaac for us over night.  She and Isaac came up to swim with us on Saturday, and we all had so much fun.

Here is Tahl before bed on his birthday eve. He couldn't wait to wake up and be four.

We had his door and hallway all decorated and ready for him.

Here he is trying to break through.

He was so excited to get his unicorn on a stick.  He saw it in the gift shop at the JCC, and he has been wanting it for months.

 He named her Sprinkles.

He also got a unicorn hat.  He is the daddy unicorn and Sprinkles is the mommy.

Silly boy

He wanted his birthday hat on top of the unicorn hat.

Ari made him a heart shaped pancake with sprinkles for breakfast.

(That was the inspiration for the unicorn's name.) He LOVED them.

They were delicious. Ari might be the best dad ever.

Here he is "pink sticks" a villain who rides a unicorn and throws pink sticky stuff at people from off of his helmet.

He was joined by "green sticks" the guitar playing villain. He casts evil spells on you with his songs.

Even a villain needs to take a bath.

Then Tahl spent his morning "helping" Ari plant flowers.

We all went out to lunch at Mattito's with Mimi and Wanda.  Before we left, Zev gave Tahl this card he had made him.
The bottom left say "younukikorn", which translates to unicorn, and there is a picture of a regular unicorn and a unicorn on a stick.

They watched a little TV in the afternoon because it was yucky weather.

Nana gave Tahl this little unicorn that sings and walks.  She is the baby unicorn of his family, and when she wears that ring on her horn, she can fly.

He even got a unicorn shirt from Emily that I need to get a picture of.  I would say that he got the "unicorn" birthday that he was asking for.
We love you sweet Tahli!  I can't wait to spend another year playing and imagining with you.
