January Fun

It snowed here (just a LITTLE bit), but Zev had fun playing out in it with his class.

Tahl still loves to marry off his stuffed animals. I'm not sure there are many weddings though where you can wear a yarmulke, a tie, and your Pokemon underwear....

He let Zev hold his Slow Loris while he married Naomi the unicorn.

I discovered a new way to grocery shop with three kids.  It only works with the car cart, and it doesn't leave much room for groceries, but the guys behaved for like fifteen minutes. It's the little things.

Isaac take baby Archie everywhere he goes.  Here he is wearing him.

The boys and I made lots of hearts to decorate for Valentine's Day!

We even did the back door, and I found some Valentine's Day lights up in the attic.

He isn't quite as obsessed as he used to be, but Tahli still really loves unicorns.

This weekend we had a Sunday night picnic.  We watched the Princess Bride and ate on the ground in the play room.  The guys loved it.

Monday, the boys had the day off of school for Martin Luther King Day, so we went to the zoo with Emily and her boys.

We had five guys on the elephants, and one guy who is still too little, but it won't be long!

We love having Emily live here now, and all of my boys love all of her boys!

New Years Eve

New Years Eve was the last night of Hanukkah!  Tahl opened some books from the Richardson's and so did Isaac.  They both loved them, but I didn't get any pictures because I was too busy with Zev.  He opened a shirt from me, and he loved it like I knew he would.  This is the perfect shirt for this guy.  He is a huge Harry Potter fan, and he is also, almost always, up to no good.

Just an example of a normal Zev moment...

After we did Hanukkah, we did New Years Eve!  We watched the countdown on Netflix, we toasted with sparkling apple juice, and then we did sparklers.  The guys love this tradition.

We may have done them in our robes to keep warm, but it was fun just the same.

Isaac thinks he is big enough for his own sparkler. Let's just say that we are lucky he didn't burn his hair off.

After the guys went to bed, Ari and I played card games and drank champagne.  We are definitely the coolest.
