Random August pictures...

Before school started and Ari and I left town we went to the Perot Museum.  Here is Zevi flying.

Tahli checking out the bird he made.

The boys getting ready to race.

Here is a short little video of them racing a cheetah.  Tahl was sure all day that he was going to win, but he took it pretty well when he didn't.

Here is a robot Zev made later that afternoon.

Isaac is so mad that he has figured out how to open the gate, but he isn't heavy enough.

Tahl still isn't heavy enough, so I think Isaac has a few years to go.

On Tuesday of that week, we went to the bounce house place with some friends.

The boys had lots of fun.

 Isaac really loved this tunnel.

When we got home from the wedding, instead of just a few steps at a time, Isaac is now walking across the room!
We are so proud of him, and I know it will only be a week or two until he never crawls anymore at all. He loves being able to carry things while he walks.  Slow down Isaac!

Our 1st Grader!

Zev is so excited to be heading off to first grade today. I can't believe my first baby is this big!

Hopefully he will keep his silly side in check and be a good listener.

This year he said that he loves "reading and learning."

His favorite color is gold.

And instead of being a rocket ship designer, this year he chose to be an astronaut.

His new first day of school book is "Captain Underpants #11."

We got a picture together for the morning of his first day.

Isaac wanted to know what we were doing outside.

He really wanted to come outside with us.

After Zev got the book, he wouldn't put it down. He even took it in his back pack for the first day of school. He is trying to finish it as quickly as possible because he knows the twelfth one is on it's way in the mail.

He was actually supposed to be showing off his new first grade back pack.

He did put the book down for one cute picture with his dad before he heads off to first grade!

I can't wait to hear all about his day and his new teachers.

First Day of Pre-K!

Today is Tahli's first day of Pre-K. This is what he looked like when he woke up this morning!

A shower, time for some breakfast, and looking at his first day of school books.

Here he is posing with "1, 2, 3 Peas."

Holding up his Pre-K sign.

He loves minions and unicorns.

His favorite color is purple.

And when he grows up, this handsome guy wants to be a dad!

Could he be any cuter?

He was a great sport about all the pictures.

Until he got a little silly.

Bad light, but I had to put in this picture of all three boys.

So perfect. Zev is a goof and Isaac is trying to escape.

Here Tahl is mad because I put Isaac in Zev's lap first.

I just can't win with all three kids.

Or two apparently...

Sweet Tahli loves Isaac even when is trying to get away from him.

Here we are all walking into the J. Isaac isn't looking, T seems nervous, and Z is crazy as usual...

Here is Tahli walking into his new classroom.

 Washing his hands

Signing in with his name.

He was already working so hard!

I got him to make me a present so I could leave without tears, and it worked!
I can't wait to pick him up and hear all about his first day!

Our weekend away!

Ari and I went to New York for a vacation and a wedding.

We went to the Moma and saw some art.
After that we went out dinner and to see a show, Something Rotten. It was fantastic.

The next morning we went to the Metropolitan Museum of Art.

Zev, Tahl, and I have been talking a lot about mummies lately, so I took some pictures for them.

Ari and I went out to lunch and then took a long walk back to our hotel through Central Park.

It is a pretty great view.

Then we got on a train to go to Ronkonkoma where the hotel was.  We went to a really fun rehearsal dinner, and the next morning we went on a hike through a park close by our hotel.

Where Ari found this guy.

Then we boarded a two hour long bus ride with some fun drinks.

While on the bus, my mom sent me this to show me the kind of trouble Zev was getting into at home.

That is the entire contents of his bean bag chair.

Then we got to go to the sweetest wedding ever.

Eric and Guy's wedding was on the beach in Montauk, New York. It was beautiful there.

This is my favorite cake topper ever.

How gorgeous is everything? It was really fun too.

After the reception, there was a bonfire on the beach. Ari and I had so much fun.

Sunday we woke up early and took the train back to the city.  We went lunch and a walk on the highline with some other friends who were in town.

It was such an amazing trip.
Thanks to my mom, Stacy, and Madison for watching the boys so we could have such a fun time together. We love you guys!
