Utah

We went to Utah for a week for Thanksgiving again this year. We had a great time as usual.

Isaac felt like talking on the phone naked.

I took Noah and Tahl out to play in the snow.  They had such a fun day together.

Isaac kept asking and asking to go outside, but he asked to go back inside pretty quick.

We got a cute picture or two first.

Noah was making snow angels.

"Inside?"

He is so, so, so cute.

We took Isaac back in, and I stayed out with the big guys to play. Noah made a cave for a polar bear.

Tahl had to make one too.

Noah ended up making his a tunnel.

Next we built a snowman.

Tahl accidentally knocked his head off, but Noah got it back on.

He was pretty cute.  Tahl wanted him to be named Frosty.

Here is a video of Tahl in green skiing with Jaren holding hands, Ava behind them, and Zev last in the red.

Here is Zev almost hitting Tahl because he hadn't learned how to turn yet.

This is Zev after the next day's lessons.

Here is Zev with his cousins after his second day of ski lessons.

On Thanksgiving, I took Ava, Ellie, Harper, and Tahl to the movies.  They wanted to play in the arcade while we waited.

They insisted that I take a picture of each of them in this car.

Look at my three cute movie dates!

Here we are later playing at Buby and  Buster's house.

Tahl and Harper had a lot of fun playing together too.

Ellie wanted to be in the picture too.

Zev had this same shirt as a baby, and I took a picture of him wearing it with Buby, so we had to recreate it.

These are the only picture I got of Tahl tubing before my phone died, but we had so much fun.  He was really brave. He went down the small mountain alone and went up to the big mountain with me too.

Isaac loved getting to take baths there instead of just showering.

We had so much in Utah and the boys LOVED playing with their cousins. They are already asking when we can go back.

Here are a few pictures from our week. Here is Isaac trying out our new stroller blanket.

Later that day, we made our cheese faces together.

The boys got to go to the movies with Kade! They were so excited to see him.

We tried for another picture outside, but these guys are just not the best picture takers.

They were sure that the sun was blinding them.

Later that day we went to visit our newly refurbished library and out to dinner at Super Chix.

The next morning I found Zev in Tahl's bed reading to him. I had to take a picture because I usually find them up to much more trouble than this.

Later that day Zev wanted to try out being in the baby carrier.

I can't believe that my first baby is this big, or that he can still fit in here.
Love my sweet Zevi!

#boymom

I live a life filled with boys.  Here are a few extra "boyish" moments from this week. Isaac picked up my phone and said "CHEESE!" because he wanted to take some pictures.

First he smiled at himself.

He is hilarious.

He decided he had to try to pick his nose for the camera. BOY.

Then his mom gave him a smooch because she loves boys.

We went outside to play with chalk.  For this guy who eats everything, that meant a very disgusting snack.

Zev had something to add to my "I love Isaac" artwork.

Zev made and dated his pumpkin.

This is what a turkey (Tahl's) looks like when I am in charge of it.  He is thankful so far for "being outside, his imagination, our house, toys, lights, my nice family, a day at school with no frown faces, the playground at his school, and breakfast."  Zev added the frown face and made the feather at the top to it could be an "Indian turkey."

This is what happens when you let a boy be in charge of his turkey by himself. Another frowny turkey where Zev is thankful for "whoppers, plants vs. zombies, being 6, clash of clans, books, school, bananas, food, and math."  He knows who he is that guy.

When I was trying to take pictures of the turkeys, Isaac started saying "cheese" again!

This kid is a ham.

I was doing the laundry on Wednesday, and I found these in Zev's pocket.

Even better was the live caterpillar I had to throw outside. BOYS!

After the laundry, this guy wanted to play outside in his diaper. He is the cutest thing ever.

Posing again.

He can't just sit in the car.

No, he isn't happy unless he is a dare devil, crazy boy.

Here is Zev with a lizard he caught at the park.

Here is our dare devil on a big kid slide. He hasn't found a slide too big for him yet.

Later that night, Zev woke up, and instead of going back to bed he decided to stay up all night and read in his tub.  Why is he so cute when he is being so bad???
