The rest of June...

After Isaac's birthday, they celebrated him again on Friday at school. 

He loved sharing his birthday boy status with his friend. 

That Friday afternoon we had some fun out by the pool. 

The big boys made some sort of secret potion. 

Zev and Tahl both stayed the night at the JCC for their camp sleep overs.  Tahl was nervous, and he called thinking about coming home, but he decided to stay. 

I got to go on a girls weekend with Katy and Heather.  I have been friends with these two ladies since Zev was two months old, so it was really fun to just hang out and relax together. 

Isaac got a little sick, and he stayed home from camp one day.  I had a quick doctor's appointment, and I left him home with Iris.  This was the text that I got from her.  At least Dixie was keeping this poor sick guy better company than I was.

We went to a birthday party where one of our friend's dad dressed up as the Blue Power Ranger.  

Not only did the boys have a great time at the party, they had a great time jumping and playing with a "power ranger."  Not one of our boys knew what a Power Ranger was before the party, but that did not stop them from being impressed. 

June has been a fun month with lots of activities and camp.  We love summer! 

Happy Father's Day!

Happy Father's Day to Ari! He is the best dad ever, and these boys are so lucky to have him.  

To celebrate him we spent the day at Amazing Jake's.  We had free entry there with our Pogo Pass. Matt, Emily, Grey, Holden, and Beau came to celebrate with us. 

We had fun as a family playing mini golf. 

Isaac and Beau rode with Emily on the carousel. 

Isaac really loved this train too. 

The big boys and I had fun on the bumper cars.  They did them with Ari after me. 

Ari and Matt had fun playing some shooting game together. 

Overall, we had a great day celebrating Matt and Ari with all our many many boys. 

Isaac's birthday!

Our sweet Isaac turned three yesterday!  He has been asking if it is his birthday yet for a week or two, so I am so glad he enjoyed it. 

He told me that he would have balloons and streamers like brothers. 

He, of course, wanted to rip them down immediately. 

He was very happy though. 

He asked Ari to make him pancakes for breakfast! 

He got a big three.

He also got a big heart which he was really excited about. 

Yum.

He asked for some cereal on the way to camp.

It was the first day of summer camp for all three boys. Isaac has one of his same teachers from the year and almost all of his same classmates. He was excited to start camp at the same time as brothers though and maybe be able to see them around.

I had to run an errand on the way home, and it just so happened to be right next to celebrity bakery.  He picked out this big basketball cookie. 

After a nice birthday nap, he wanted to lay in my bed and watch a show.

He didn't lay down for long though.  It's busy work shouting out at Team Umizoomi. 

He ended up deciding that he should have birthday dinner in his undies.  He was very excited about the coffee maker that he got from The Richardsons. 

He got a garbage truck that he loves from Pops and Gram.

Tahl told him that there were keys in the bag still from Emily, and he was so excited.

 He got Daniel Tiger figures and a trolley from his Mimi.

He loves all of his presents and has been playing with them nonstop. 

 He asked for a cookie cake for his birthday dessert.  (I may have had some influence here...) 

He thought it was delicious, but he didn't even finish it.  He may have been cookied out. 

Here is is right before bed on his first day as a three year old.  He took his new keys to bed with him. 

We feel so lucky that Isaac is our little guy.  He is smart, kind, funny, and loving.  He makes people smile everywhere he goes. We hope he has a year as amazing as he is!

First week of summer!

We had a very busy first week of summer.  

Isaac spent a lot of time playing cowboy, pirate, knight... He loves to pretend just as much as Tahl.

On Monday we went to the arboretum with Emily and her boys. 

The boys all have a great time together.  Here they were playing frogs in the water. 

Tahl got a time out for running, and Zev asked if he could take half of it for him to make it shorter. I'm not sure if it was a good precedent to set, but it sure was a sweet idea. 

On Wednesday we took all six boys to the zoo. 

Tahl got ahold of my camera for a little while and took some of his own pictures. 

The boys again had a great time playing in the water. 

They played some sort of game jumping across the rocks that I'm sure all the parents of babies just loved...

As usual, we got them out of the water with a carousel ride. 

On the second ride, Isaac wanted to try the nest. 

He ended up deciding it was spinning too fast for him, and I had to pull him out.

Friday we took the boys to kid mania.  

How many boys can fit in one tiny ride on airplane?  We love that Beau always gets to be the driver.
