North Pole Express

On Sunday we went with my mom, Kade, Josh, Scott, and his girlfriend Leah plus her son Jackson, to see the North Pole Express.  Before we went Zev wrote a letter to Santa to give him when he met him on the train.

Before the train ride there was a show. Here is Zev waiting for the show with his Mimi.

Posing for a picture in his pjs.

Another pose...

Then we walked through the Christmas tree maze to the train.  Here are Zev and Kade waiting to get on.

Tahl would not stop trying to open this train door.

After about 15 minutes of riding with some very boring/ugly scenery, we finally reached the North Pole.

After we got to the North Pole Santa came through handing out bells.

Zev and Tahl were so excited to see Santa!  Tahl was following him begging to hug him.

Here is T investigating his bell.

Tahl loves Kade. Here he is watching him.

Zev was ringing his bell like crazy.  I even got him to shout, "the first gift of Christmas," just like in the book.

Here is Tahl with the conductor.

Right before we got ready to take a picture with Santa, poor Zev fell when the train jerked. He hit his head really hard, and he wasn't the happiest in these pictures.

Tahl was happy to hug Santa, but he did NOT want to sit in his lap.

The guys had fun playing in this area that had a lot of bikes.

Zev was, of course, busy crashing into people and breaking the fence. He had to leave...

Here is Zev complaining that his "hot chocolate is HOT!"

BOO!

Tahl thought it was yummy.

He was talking about it all day.

Zev decided it wasn't so bad after all.

Here he is hanging out with Uncle Scott.

Tahl really loved hugging this bear.  That was probably his favorite part of the day.

The guys had so much fun on the train. Thanks Mimi!
