Thanksgiving

Now that I am finally loading up all these new pictures, I have a ton from Thanksgiving.  Here is a sweet one of Zev and Ava kissing.

Zev always feels the need to touch or hold people's heads when he kisses them.

The little guys went outside to play football.

The cousins all had so much fun playing together over the week.

Ari was trying to help Zev and Tahl learn how to play.

I'm not sure how much Tahl really picked up on it.

Here is Zev tossing the ball.

Noah and Jaren are the best big cousins.  They are really patient with the little kids and make them feel special.

Zev has been talking about N & J everyday since we got home from our trip.

Here is Jaren with some olive fingers.  Zev and Tahl played this, but they still wouldn't eat them.

More kids with olive fingers.

Look how sweet Jaren is.  They are watching their shrinky dinks bake. Jaren also showed Zev a few episodes of Scooby Doo, and now it is one of his favorite shows.

We went to an indoor playground one morning to get out of the house. We had lots of fun.

Here is another one of Oren and Noah.

Oren bought all the kids snack.

Noah, Ava, and Jaren

The slide was ridiculously fast. Here is Brad flying out of it. Zev and Tahl both did it once and then refused to go again.

Noah is very talented.

Tahl with his favorite person.

Jaren is still one of the cutest little girls in the world.

I had to include this one so you could see Ari's gorgeous face.

Here is Oren, as always, angling for favorite uncle.  It might have worked on Zev.

Brad and Jaren

Here is one of Harper and Ellie. Harper just turned one, and she was really into Ellie.  She was really gentle with her too.

Tahl, of course, was very into Lexie.  Tahl loves dogs so much more than Zev did at this size.

Poor Ava got sick.  She did not feel well. She passed whatever she had onto Tahl and Harper too. There were some grumpy toddlers for the week after Thanksgiving.

Jaren, Ellie, and Oren

Here is one of me and Ellie. I did not know this was being taken...

I think Zev, Jaren, and I were making bracelets. Noah and Jaren brought a loom that could make bracelets out of tiny rubber bands.  The kids must have made 50 over the week.  They started as bracelets, and then they got connected together into necklaces, belts, etc.

Here is Noah helping his sister with her smoothie.

Jaren loves arts and crafts.

Ellie is such a sweet baby.

Here is Tova with three of the four girls.  They are a sweet bunch.

Here are Z and T in the tub.

This one makes me laugh because they both make these exact faces a lot.

Zev went out to breakfast and to ride the funicular with Brad, Noah, and Jaren.

He said that he had so much fun.

Here he is riding it.  He said it wasn't scary, but he sure looks nervous in the picture.

Here they are looking off the side as it climbs up the mountain.

Jaren and Noah

Tahl did not want to be in this picture.

He realized that the guys were outside frying up delicious things.  He did not want to be anywhere else after that.

Here are Gregg and Oren lowering in the turkey.

Ari was helping too.

Here are some of the potato chips and fried cheese. It was all really good.

sampling

Here are Oren and Gregg taking the turkey back out.

It was hilarious because some lost "funnel cake" got stuck on the bottom of the turkey.

It looked like the turkey had been using the bathroom.  Here it is up close.

While the guys were frying, Jaren and Ava were reading.

Here is a cute one of the Felsons.

For Thanksgiving dinner the Jaffa family came over. Here is Sophie holding Ellie.  Sophie and Sadie are just a month or so older than Zev.

There was a fun little kids table during the Thanksgiving meal.

Tahl really just wanted to eat cranberries. Zev ate pretty well.

Ava might be the best eater of the bunch.

Karen and Gregg had 6 bunk beds installed downstairs. Zev called it his deep, dark dungeon room. He loved sleeping in there with his cousins and Uncle Oren. It was also filled with toys. Zev has been talking about going back to Utah since the day we left.
