Happy 5th Birthday Tahl!

The night before his birthday Tahl begged to open one present. I said he could if he took a quick bath and got into PJ's as fast as possible.

He got two new schmatas to replace his car schmata that has been missing for so long.

After he finally went to bed, I got to decorate his room for the morning.

Here he is busting out in the morning!

Isaac and Zev thought it was super fun too!

Here he is after he got dressed opening his first present, new markers from the Richardson family.

He loved his new chameleon from his mom and dad!

He got an awesome singing card from Grandma Mimi.

Here he is opening his new scooter from Buby and Buster.

I had hidden this in the bag with the scooter.  Tahl has been begging for a green light saber to be Yoda.

Here he is wearing his birthday hat and eating his yogurt.  I told him he couldn't go get a donut until he ate a bowl of Greek yogurt.  Even though Ari had to be out of town for Tahl's birthday, I wanted him to be here in spirit.

DONUTS!

Tahl had a great day at school, and he ate cookie cake with his friends. After school we went to the park to play.  When I finished getting all our stuff out of the car, I looked up and saw this.

Crunchy the Chameleon had a great time at the park.

Isaac only likes the big slides if he gets to go in my lap.

After we got home, T was painting this duck from his friend's birthday party.

Isaac was busy on the back porch. He kept telling me that he had "pointments."  He cracks me up.

Tahl got his wish of stuffed crust pizza for dinner.

This is an alligator purse he made today in Tammy time.  He was so proud of how hard he worked to color the whole thing green, give it scales, and make it sharp teeth.

Here he is trying out his new scooter in his undies before bed.

This is the hedgehog that his Mimi brought him when she came over for dinner.

Tahl had a fantastic birthday full of fun and love.  We are so happy that we have this silly, smart, animal loving kid in our lives.  We are hoping for a great year of starting kindergarten and everything else that comes with turning five!
