new stuff

We have some new things around here the guys are really proud of.  Zev got a new summer swim suit, and he wanted me to take his picture. 

Both boys also go new crocs for the summer. 

Tahl took a long time choosing his things (Gibitz?), but he ended up with Pumba and Simba.  He picked out Goofy for Zev right away. 

We went to a birthday party a few weeks ago at a pottery painting place. 

Zev decided to make Ari a present. 

Here is the finished product. 

He loves how it turned out, and Ari loved his present. Now he has something so cute to keep forever. 

We also moved Zev and Tahl into the same room, and then they are already back out.  Tahl is taking over the guest room, and Ari has a new office.  My closet has never been so clean! 

Tahl's room is far from done because a lot of his thing are on back order, but this is his new little dresser and table. He loves being able to reach his own stuff. 

Again, not what the final room will look like (no pictures on the wall, not his actual bedding, etc.), but Tahl has a new big bed! He is doing so well staying in it and sleeping.  We are so proud of him. He is getting too big. 

Zev's room got a complete "robot" make over. He has a new trundle bed, which isn't finished yet because the trundle part was on back order, but he loves it.  He and Ari built it together this weekend. The fact that he got to build it, combined with the green (his favorite color) headboard, and the secret pullout shelf makes him so happy. He got those great robot decals from his Aunt Tova, Uncle Brad, Noah, Jaren, and Harper for his birthday last year, and we have been waiting to put them up. He loves the new robots. 

 

He and Tahl painted those robot paintings over his dresser at a play date a few months ago. 

And, last, but not least, he got bedding with ROBOT SHEETS from his Buby and Buster for an early birthday gift.  He love, love, loves them, and he is so happy with his new room. He wants to show it off to everyone. 

Hopefully Tahl's room will slowly come together over the next month as the pieces we've picked out come in, and I will post more pictures of it then. I am excited that he whole house is getting ready to meet the new baby! It is going to be more organized and clean that ever before, just in time for our new addition!
