Zev's first week of summer

We went to Tyler for our first weekend of summer.

The boys had fun at the zoo with Aunt Madi, Uncle Scott, Pops, and Gram.

Tahl got a little wet, and he was very happy to walk around the zoo without a shirt.

We even got a picture or two.

When we got back to Dallas, Zev was excited that his last birthday present was waiting in the mail for him. He wants to be just like his dad.

Here is Zev at his 6 year old doctor's appointment. I thought it was hilarious how he was laying on the table.

Zev had his last day of OT for a while or maybe forever. To celebrate, his therapist, Miss Collins, let him build this.  He was so proud, he insisted I take a picture.

We went to the arboretum with friends on Wednesday.

Isaac had a good time splashing to cool down.

Tahl had fun splashing too.

Isaac had fun crawling around, but he scraped up his elbows.

Zev and Tahl had fun pretending to be frogs.

Isaac was having fun pulling up on the fixtures.

I love his chubby cheeks and belly.

Yum.

He was so excited to be wearing Zev's hat.

He took it off, and he couldn't quite figure out how to put it back on.

T on an ant.

Here is a cute dirty boy trying to grab my phone when I was taking a picture of his messy face.

Have you ever played a board game with a princess before?

I went in on Thursday to find both guys reading to themselves.  We love to read.

Then we went to tour the fire house.

They really liked the fire truck.
Isaac even crawled underneath it, and I had to pull him out.

Here he is later that day trying to help me sweep.  He is not as helpful as he thinks he is.

Tahl was trying to ride on him that night before bed.

Isaac thought that was pretty funny.

Ari sent me these while I was off getting a hair cut.  Isaac is learning to duel early, but it looks like Tahl may be winning.

Zev is loving having so much time off of school, and we are really enjoying having him home with us.
