Isaac's birthday!

I went to work out on the morning of Isaac's birthday, so I missed the bedroom paparazzi. When I got home, Ari was feeding him breakfast in his highchair. One year olds don't get birthday pancakes, they are just stuck with yogurt.

Then he got to open a present from his birthday play date.

Tahl wanted his picture made too.

Isaac had to stop and snuggle with me.

Then it was right back to playing.

I posted this montage to Facebook. Remembering how tiny he started out one year ago, makes me want to cry. I can't believe how fast a year flies by when you're busy with three boys.

Then there was a little more playing in his bedroom before his nap.

I realized he was born at exactly 8:19 last year. This is the exact moment of his birth selfie.

Zev wanted to be in the next selfie. He was dressed as a wolf in sun glasses. I am still in work out mode.

Isaac doesn't know that when we run out of formula, he is going off of it cold turkey.  Here he is enjoying one of his last bottles.

We went to play street for a last big summer fun day before camp starts. Isaac was eating pretend food under the table just like he eats real food under the table at home.

He really loved the school bus.

Beep! Beep!

He thought the ambulance was pretty fun too.

He did some grocery store messing up while Zev did some shopping.

Tahl was the salesman.

Z did a lot of fire fighting.

Tahl had fun being a vet. He insisted that when you give an animal a shot you have to wear gloves. He found these gardening gloves in another area.

Now he was getting the dog a bone and a friend to help him feel better.

I loved going back and forth through the tunnel.

Fuzzy fireman Isaac!

back to take care of his puppies

Isaac had to sit right in the middle of the magformers.

Z and T both made some cool art.

Isaac got a birthday picture with his daddy right before he went to bed.

This guy really loves his dad, but then again, who doesn't?

All in all, I think Isaac had a great day! I think he is really going to love being one and being more independent.
