MISSISSIPPI

We went to Mississippi last weekend for Danny's bar mitzvah. The boys were so excited to see their cousins. Here Tahl gets a little bit of snuggles in with Harper and Noah.

Everyone had fun hanging out in the hotel.

Tahl and Jaren enjoyed "calling" people on the phone.

Zev had fun watching tv with Noah.

Both boys got their faces painted by the amazing Uncle Oren.

Tahl got kitty cat, (not just any cat, but his special kitty cat).

We've tried telling Oren that they don't have to be this awesome, but he insists.

Zev wanted a tall, one eyed minion.
When he woke up the next morning, the face had come off, so we renamed him the "banana with pants".

On Sunday we went to Uncle Larry (Karen's brother's) house. Tahl really loved this alligator bench. He named her snappy teeth, and then changed it to Amy because she was the mommy of the baby alligator.  The baby was named my favorite name of the week, "back pack." Ava liked it too.

The kids got to go out on a boat ride twice.

They thought it was really fun. I like how Jaren is the only one smiling.

Please ignore the lack of life jackets...

On Sunday we went to Jackson to visit Emily, Grey, and Holden.

Zev and Grey were really good friends this time.

Zev kept calling Grey "my little bananas" when he had on this shirt.

Tahl really wanted to give Holden his paci, his baby toys, etc. He is really ready to be a big brother.

Zev and Grey coloring together.

This is me reading three of the four a bed time story.

How fun is it that after 24/25 years, Emily and I are still friends, and we have this?

It was even more fun this time now that the older two boys decided they were actually friends.

There is a lot of personality between these four.

Not sure what Tahl is doing.

So we didn't end up with even one picture of all four boys looking, but at least they didn't mind sitting with each other like in previous years.

We had a great long weekend, and the boys were really good watching TV on the long drive home.  The minivan really does come in handy some times.
