Christmas Day

I actually took this picture the week before Christmas, but it was just too cute not to put on my Christmas day post! These kids are too cute in their maching pjs.

Most of the pictures I took looked more like this one...

I had similar pjs, but I didn't make the picture cut.

Now, finally Christmas!

Zev got a microscope and two video games from Santa.

Maya got a new tree house for her animal friends. She also got new furniture and an owl family.  She loves to play with these little animals and all of their accessories.

This picture is fuzzy because she was jumping up and down and squealing.

Isaac got a lego Pokemon set, a mini skee-ball game, and a new video game.

Zev was really excited about the stencils and art supplies in his stocking.

Here he is trying out his new microscope.

Tahl happens to love Maya's animals too.  He and Isaac will play with them for hours.  They love to set them up and use them to act out pranks and tricks like a little animal Home Alone.

After we ate a big breakfast the kids opened up their presents from Mimi.  Sadly we didn't get to see her and Craig for Christmas because of Covid, but we took lots of pictures with her gifts to send to her.

Isaac likes his new lego set.

Tahl was excited about this giant box.

He loves this dragon stuffy because it is super soft and weighted for calming.  After much debating we decided to name the dragon "Zen Master Chubby".

Maya opened a bakery from Mimi for her animals. She loves it.

She wouldn't pose for a picture though...

Santa gave Maya (and everyone really) a new big swing for the tree in our front yard.

Ari faced his fear of heights to hang it up, and it has been used every single day since Christmas.

It is so big that we can actually fit all four kids on it at once.

Or as Zev is demonstrating you can lay on it like a hammock.

Overall we had a low key, but wonderful Christmas.  We spent the day together trying out all our new fun things, eating, and playing. 2020 has been a hard year, but we have been so lucky to have each other and our health.
