On the weekend before Christmas we decided to have some fun around town with our free schedule.
Tahl and Isaac went with me to get haircuts.
Isaac's was a really big cut.
I may have cried.
He just looks so big. He is really proud though.
Ari's aunt pointed out that he can still be my baby as long as he has these cheeks which made me feel a little better.
In the afternoon we all went to the Dallas Heritage Village. Zev and I liked the old doctor's office best. They have an old bank, store on main street, hotel, homes, etc.
Tahl, of course, liked the history, but even more liked the animals. They had chickens and goats. He got a wild turkey feather there as well.
We also got to pet the donkeys.
The Heritage Village is downtown, so we went to Klyde Warren park before heading home.
The kids had lots of fun playing in the park that is in the middle of downtown.
Maya enjoyed her elephant and family snuggles.
On Sunday we went to Bass Pro Shop to meet Santa again. Sweet Maya fell asleep in line.
She woke up just in time to meet Santa! And she didn't cry this time, though she did pull his beard. I was really happy with our Santa picture!
After Bass Pro we went to the Perot Museum for some science.
Isaac loves to dance as a dinosaur.
He really has some fantastic moves...
Maya and Isaac played in the little kids area while Ari had the big kids upstairs.
Ari and Tahl had a great time learning about rocks together. We love having Ari around on the weekends to come with us for our outings!
