This weekend the boys went to a trunk or treat at the church where I go to MOPS. They were very excited to give their costumes a test run and get some candy.
The first one dressed was this little piggie.
How cute is this pair? It's the "Big Bad Wolf" and one of the "Little Piggies."
On a side note, I warned these two that it was going to be 90 degrees, but they refused to change their costumes.
The big bad wolf started to eat the little piggie!
Tahl kept telling me that instead of saying "trick or treat" he was planning to tell people to give him candy before the big bad wolf ate him...
We had to wake the other little piggie up from his nap to go.
He was not his usual smiley self.
He does look like a little piggie though.
Sweet big brother checking on his baby pig.
Tahl was really excited to match Isaac.
Look at the wolf with his little paws. He cracks me up.
It's hard to get a picture of all three!
These were the best ones I got.
Zev asked for one of just him and Isaac. He sure does love that baby.
(On a side note, someone asked Zev this week his favorite thing about his baby brother, and he said, "When he is naked. Naked babies are the cutest." Ha.
Practicing his big growl.
Here they are trunk or treating. You can tell that it's really hot! Right after this Zev took off his costume and just wore the hat and feet.
The big bad wolf beat the little piggie in a sack race.
They both got a prize though.
On Sunday we got to carve pumpkins.
Zev was so excited to finally be big enough that I let him use the little knife.
Even Izzy got to watch.
Ari was working on Tahl's pumpkin. He wanted it scary with rectangle eyes and a scary mouth.
Zev loved digging out the seeds.
Tahl wasn't quite as into it. It's less fun when you can't use the knife.
Here are the boys' finished pumpkins! Tahl's scary guy.
This is Zev's pumpkin. He drew the design on himself and helped to cut it. He is supposed to be a very scary guy.
