Disney World (Day 4)

The next day we went to Animal Kingdom.  No trip is complete without a picture in front of the Tree of Life.

We went on a safari nice and early to see all the animals while they were still active.

We got to see lots of them.

Our kids love animals, so they loved the safari. We also did all the walking trails to visit the animals and went out to Rafiki's Planet Watch.

Here is Tahl in Pandora. The kids loved these rides most of all.

Zev had to wear all six of our pairs of 3D glasses. It made him look even more like a bug.

The highlight of lunch was a mommy duck with baby ducklings.

Isaac was very nervous, but he decided to attempt to ride Expedition Everest.

He was so proud of himself after.

Maya took a stroller nap each day. I got lots of pictures of her like this.

Maya and I rode some flying dinosaurs while the rest of the family went on the big Dinosaur ride.  I knew it would scare her too much to put her through it.

On our way out of Animal Kingdom, we stopped to get a picture of me and the kids in front of my old shop. Things have really changed in the 18 years since I worked there.

We went back to Epcot that night to ride a few more rides and eat dinner in the world Showcase again.  Zev's favorite park is Epcot.

Disney World (Day 3)

On the second day at the parks (third of our trip) we went to Hollywood Studios. Maya had slept much better and had so much more fun on this day. The first thing we rode was a spinning ride that she loved.

She looks good in 3D glasses too.

I got to ride with Isaac on the Slinky Dog Dash.  He makes great coaster faces.  Maya just looks stoic.  She did tell us that she didn't want to say "wheee."

We got to see the Muppets 3D. Tahl remains a giant muppet fan just like his mom.

Zev's favorite muppet is Animal.

We got to check out the new Star Wars area, and it was awesome.  We did not get tickets for the newest ride on either of our attempts this day.

Here is I with a storm trooper.

Basically the only pictures we have without masks are of the kids eating. She sure looks cute after a churro with sugar in her hair though.

This fuzzy picture is of my two big guys enjoying Rockin' Roller Coaster.

Maya got herself a new Olaf as her souvenir.

More massless treat pictures. Yum.

They had random characters where people couldn't go up to them for entertainment.  We had fun watching Joy while we ate our ice cream.

Maya must have missed the memo because she picked a strawberry popsicle instead of a Mickey shaped ice cream.

Terrible family picture on Figment.

Silly Zev

We did the Test Track ride last before we left.  Maya was not so sure about going this fast, but everyone else loved it.

Disney World (Day 1 and 2)

On Monday we flew in to Orlando.  The kids did not enjoy double masking in the airport and on the plane, but it made me feel better.

That night after we settled in at the hotel, we went to Disney Springs to look around and eat dinner.

The boys enjoyed the lego store. Everyone especially loved this Lego Maleficent in dragon form.

They posed with the decorations since this was as close as we were getting to the characters anyway.

The next morning we got up and headed to the Magic Kingdom.

We rode Buzz Lightyear first.

Maya didn't quite understand how to shoot her gun.

Zev wanted all the kids to take their picture at Goofy's Barnstormer.

No trip to Disney is complete without some Dumbo pictures.

They were having random super short little parades that were unannounced and quick so people would not gather in groups.

Isaac wasn't so sure about Space Mountain. We talked him into trying Splash Mountain.

He got pretty nervous on it.

But in the end, he said that he loved it.

We went on Big Thunder Mountain next, but Isaac had enough of coasters and decided to sit that one out.

Tahl has always loved this one since he was three.

Zev has some trouble keeping is mask on his nose, like always.

We rode Tahl's favorite Haunted Mansion, but Maya was really not a fan. She was so cute having Ari sing her "Baa Baa Black Sheep" every time that she was nervous.

We tried to get a picture in front of the castle at night, but this was the best we could do.
