Star of the Week

Isaac was the star of the week for his Pre-k class this week.  Ari and I spent the morning with him in Shabbat and in class.  On the way in you can see on the wall outside of his classroom a fun project he did about his grandparents.

Here he is with me during Shabbat.

Everyone was dancing in a circle, and he busted into the middle to show off his sweet break dancing moves...

Here he is with a friend after his big dance number.

We got to read a book to his class, read what other friends had to say about him, and see him be the "Abba" for his classroom Shabbat.

He loved having us there to see him with his friends. It is such a fun little preschool tradition.

Random fun

Here is a picture of Zev and I when we went for a morning jog together.  Zev wanted to work on his running stamina.

Isaac got to bring home the class bear "Sugar Bear" for the weekend.  He was supposed to take this really Jewish bear all over town with us.

We took him to the zoo to see this porcupine and a few other animals.

The boys wanted to pose with Sugar Bear in front of the hippo statue.

We went early enough to see the animals, but we stayed to see all of the Christmas lights at the zoo.

We got a good tree shot.

And a few pictures in the nighttime lights...

Here is Maya the next morning looking pretty in her red bow.

Here you can see her interesting crawling style in the waiting room at her pediatrician.  She bear crawls with her left leg and uses it to drag her right one.

Here are the guys lighting the menorah one night.

Maya hanging out in her PJ's after Hanukkah.

Ari texted me this picture he took of Maya.  She was sure that this toy bottle was a real bottle she could get milk from.

Here is picture of Isaac helping to make latkes at school.

Snacking

They put paint in here, and then spun the dreidels in it to make some cool art.

He was pretty tired out from his big day.  He fell asleep watching TV in my bed.

Here is Tahl with his favorite Hanukkah gift.  He loves Fantastic Beasts, and this illustrated version made him so happy.

Here is Maya showing off her newest fun activity: playing in the dogs food and water. She loves this so much I've had to start picking up the bowls when she is in the kitchen.

Seven Months

Our girl is seven months!  She can crawl and pull up now, so she is sure that she should be on the move making pictures much harder.

She also still loves to play with her feet.

She is eating babyhood every day at lunch and eating what we eat for dinner if it is soft enough.

She still needs lots of help to get food into her mouth though.

She is still super silly and happy most of the time.

Her brothers still LOVE her, and the feeling is mutual.

She is growing some more hair back, but it still looks a little like a comb over.

She loves to snuggle and kiss us.  She also loves her new power to ask to go to me or Ari and switch back and forth.

Here she is after her pre-bedtime photo shoot playing with her daddy.

Here is her seven month facebook post. She really does love to pull my hair.

We can't wait to see what she gets up to this month!

Family pictures

We got our family pictures made in November, but we just got them back.  Here is a kid group shot, but its not the best one these guys have ever taken.

We have more success when everyone isn't supposed to be looking at the camera.

Who couldn't help but look at this sweet girl?

You can hardly tell how tired she was.

She's just the cutest.

I love this one.

These pictures of Isaac make me so happy.

They show his true little personality.

This guy is a smiler.  I just have to convince him of that.

Handsome Zev

And our one group shot. It isn't the best ever, but four kids is a LOT to have looking at the camera at once.
Either way, I am always so happy that we get our picture made to remember each year.
